Agricultural Data: Crop records, yield data, grain contracts, and field-level operational data (collectively, "Farm Data").

Financial/Commercial: Address, billing information and subscription details.

Usage & Technical Data: Browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on Services, and click-stream data.

2. ⚙️ How We Use Your Information

Farm Data Principles: InteractiveAg adheres to the principle that you, the farmer, own the data generated on your farming operation.

• Non-Aggregated Farm Data: We will not sell or disclose your non-aggregated,      non-anonymized Farm Data to third parties (such as commodity speculators or input providers) without your explicit, opt-in consent and a clear explanation of the purpose.
• Aggregated/De-identified Data: We may use, share, or sell aggregated or de-identified data (which is not reasonably linked or linkable to you or your specific farm)      for research, business intelligence, or other purposes.

4. 📝 Your Indiana Consumer Data Rights (INCDPA)

If the INCDPA applies to the processing of your Personal Data, you have the following rights, which you can exercise by contacting us at the details below:

• Right to Know/Access: You have the right to confirm whether we are      processing your personal data and to access that data.
• Right to Correction: You have the right to correct inaccuracies in the      personal data you provided to us.
• Right to Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your      personal data that you provided to us.
• Right to Data Portability: You have the right to obtain a copy of your      personal data in a portable, readily usable format.
• Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to opt-out of the processing of your      personal data for the purposes of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data.
